Restore in Love

 Sept 25, 2021

“Brothers, (and sisters) if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:1‬ ‭ESV‬‬

When we see someone struggling with sin what do we do, ignore it, laugh it off, fix it or participate with them? Scripture says we should restore them in a spirit of gentleness.  Hate the sin but love the sinner means to be gentle to the person with compassion and understanding because we also struggle with sin.  Sin separated us from God so we should hate all sin.  Loving others means to trust Jesus to work in us to help those we love.  Jesus use us today.  Amen
