God and Feelings
The series of events in this chapter show us that God is directly involved in the actions of people. Saul is desiring David’s death and the people who know Saul well are protecting David. It seems so sad and unproductive but God is moving and causing the outcomes just the way he wants. The strength, wisdom and feelings of the participants are secondary to the Spirit of God moving. It shows that not only does God care about results he cares about emotions and feelings. How we feel, and speak is as important as how we act. God is a relational God who loves us and desires us to love him with all our heart. Pray today to have a heart that loves God completely. In Jesus name, Amen
